Terms & Conditions

1. Please do not ask our cleaning staff to do anything that is regarded unsafe. Our cleaners are trained to work following safety standards.

2. We have the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.

3. In case inside cleaning is required, awkward curtains should be removed and window sills cleared before our cleaners commence working.

4. Unless we have otherwise agreed in writing, on completion of work, the account is rendered for immediate payment in cash before our cleaners leave the premises. If so agreed and payment is to be made by bank transfer, it should be made no later than one day before the date the cleaning is scheduled for. We reserve the right to change or cancel appointments in case of failure to make the bank transfer as required.
