All professionals who work for us have public liability insurance.(£2,000,000)
2. How often do you clean?
Our company offers 8, 6, and 4 weekly cleaning schedule.
3. How long have you been in the window cleaning business?
Our company has been in the cleaning business for 10 years now. We take pride in offering residential and commercial cleaning services in the Greater London area and London. We have many satisfied customers who will be happy to supply references on request.
4. Do you require a deposit?
We do not require up front deposits and do not charge payments up front. Payment is made after we clean the premises and inspect them. Once our cleaning team supervisor confirms that the cleaning service is fulfilled and the client is happy, payment can be made using a registered cheque or in cash.

6. Do clients pay extra in parking fees and congestion charges?
All services and taxes are included in the quoted price. Parking fees and congestion charges are the only charges that may apply in case the client’s address is in a congestion charge area. We won’t charge you anything if you can provide a free parking space for our team.
7. Are clients informed of the date and time when you will be coming to clean?
It is time consuming to contact all of our loyal customers. However, it works well if we call our clients on a scheduled date. If they are not available, we will leave a pay slip, along with a postage stamp and an addressed envelope. In case this is not an option, we contact clients 24 hours before arrival. We will contact you by email, call your mobile, or send you an SMS text message.
8. Will you be coming if it is raining?
All services we offer are weather permitting. Where possible, we provide cleaning services in light rain, but we do not work in strong winds, snow, or heavy rain, because this is unsafe for our cleaners.
9. Is there a cancellation fee?
We do not have such because we are quite flexible with our clients. We only require a notice of cancellation or change as far in advance as possible. This makes it easier for us to adjust our cleaning schedules.
10. When can your cleaning staff come?
Our cleaning teams are based in London and serve all postcodes and areas. In most cases we can provide cleaners on the same day in London, and this works very well if you call us in the morning. Advance booking is recommended so that we provide appointment times and dates.
